  Preschool room....While waiting in the hallway for a special day, I could hear the teacher "screaming" and being sarcastic at my child and another child for not staying in line. Door was closed so the teacher didn't know me and a few other parents were already waiting. Another time I was caught up in traffic and without a cell phone was unable to contact them to let them know I was held up. This was the only time I was ever late in two years, as I usually pick up 10 minutes before noon. I was 30 minutes late. Upon arrival I could see my four year old was in tears. Mrs. Brown, the manager, met me at the door infuriated, and belittled me for being late and complained she "had" to give my child lunch. All while my crying 4 year old was standing right beside her. I paid the extra $$$ for being late, which is policy (no problem with that) but didn't know it included shaming a child because she had to feed them. It was NOT my child's fault I was late. I never once got detailed feed back on how my child was doing in class the entire two years there. Just the usual "great day".

  Awesome preschool !!! My three younger children attended BBP in til they went to Kindergarten !! They also attended the afterschool program. Teachers and staff were great (i.e. caring loving clean understanding engaging and always going the extra mile). They do say the blessing and for my family that is important. Children were never forced to partipcate when i visited my children at meal times. They have a open door policy. I was able to eat lunch or just stop to play for a few minutes with my children depending on my work schedule. I was also very thankful for cameras in all the classroom. They just added that extra security parents need these days. The pre-k teacher had my children highly prepared for kindergarten. Very thankful for this center.
