    I had a traffic violation and needed representation on my court date. Rod Allison and his office were terrific to deal with. They handled everything with tremendous professionalism. His clarity, communications, and expectation setting is everything you would want from an attorney. They handled the matter beyond my expectations and were sure to communicate the status of my case at all times. I would not hesitate to hire The Allison Office again and would highly recommend Mr. Allison to anyone needing a great attorney in his area.

    Jaime was so helpful with my mother's life insurance. Mom needed all of her options broken out and explained and Jaime took the time to explain it all - and she set her up for automatic payments so I don't have to worry about my mom letting it lapse. Great service!

    Preschool room....While waiting in the hallway for a special day, I could hear the teacher "screaming" and being sarcastic at my child and another child for not staying in line. Door was closed so the teacher didn't know me and a few other parents were already waiting. Another time I was caught up in traffic and without a cell phone was unable to contact them to let them know I was held up. This was the only time I was ever late in two years, as I usually pick up 10 minutes before noon. I was 30 minutes late. Upon arrival I could see my four year old was in tears. Mrs. Brown, the manager, met me at the door infuriated, and belittled me for being late and complained she "had" to give my child lunch. All while my crying 4 year old was standing right beside her. I paid the extra $$$ for being late, which is policy (no problem with that) but didn't know it included shaming a child because she had to feed them. It was NOT my child's fault I was late. I never once got detailed feed back on how my child was doing in class the entire two years there. Just the usual "great day".
